Ensidia Blog Sequel

I know i have promissed to publish a sequel to the previous blog, and here it is. At the moment i`m working on multiple projects so very little time was left to "compose" things as they should be.

Anyway, a teaser:

As you can see (if you opened the picture above), access to my blog has been "banned" in some of the gulf countries(this picture is from Saudi Arabia, i`ll try to get more as well), quite interesting that 'someone' is trying to cover up something.

I also understood that the domain is blocked in Dubai capital (Specific ISPs, not all though).

Also, over the past week+ all posts mentioning my previous blog entry were deleted from old Nihilum boards/locked. My forum account there has been nuked as well as some other ppl`s accounts.

If you follow a link in my blog to Achot's profile and check the entry "Satiric Sunday", you will probably see the "reason" of her account deletion on Nihilum boards.

According to what i got to know so far, the blog was mentioned on quite a lot of places which i did not expect, and even got mentioned in official wow community watch (German).

So, what was really happening?

First, Mackzter and co. took the "bait" which i placed on PURPOSE in my blog entry. I was never a guy that measured things with E-peen size, i got more brains then that. Instead of just going out and saying nothing of what i said is true instantly after, they went on all sides (their IRC channel, Fragbite.se and few other forums/boards) trying to trash me as a player and person, and NOT COUNTERING a single thing from my blog. So nice to see that they were predictable 100% and how shallow they are able to think. Congratulations, you just won the internet as you wanted.

What we can see so far is maximum "censorship" of their own members on all sides, banning on their irc channel and screams how bad as a player i was and that my "backup" rank was the reason for my "outburst". You really, really got no clue. I won`t go into that discussion, as i really see no point, you got too thick brain and scream "crap player" the second someone says something bad about you. You have no counter.

What happened after my blog was that they posted a mega urgent "response" on intern forums how i`m lying and how it`s some "enterprise company" that invests in all kinds of stuff. WHY would any "company" that got no clue about the game invest in them and go that far to offer more money then one of bigger Gaming companies? Get some balls and STOP LYING to your own members at least. Also they announced that they would get their transfer money after my blog too, probably in an attempt to keep the members and prevent more leaving which would show that i was right.

I have already given the "description" of Sheikh`s actions in previous blog and his "reasons" for interest in the game. Considering that there are pictures of the meeting, that someone brags over MSN far too much where he is currently located and what is he signing, that there are screenshots of all logs available, i`d think about going out with the "statement", my sources may get trigger happy and publish all.

You are too late now if you plan to say i was lying, you failed, your new site is a "failure", you cannot even bring up a simple portal within scheduled time up, and being a sellout as you are, you will crumble in the end. Greed has never brought anyone anything good, neither will it now.

Oh yeah, remember what you said when you got offered to get an increased budget and "share the money amongst more players" from SK management?

"FUCK THEM, WE CAN ALWAYS REPLACE ALL OF THEM" were your words Mackzter and Mek. Emphasizing social aspect and respect to the ppl that helped you do what you did in the game since the start, GJ! Really friendly and "family alike" attitude you got there, let`s see how it`ll work in future. I guess you plan the same "measures" there as well now, considering how much you are getting (yeah i even got the numbers of your "wages").

In the end, i still won`t break my word and reveal my sources untill they themselves get involved (some already did in comments on the previous entry). So, it`s my word versus "THE ULTIMATE GUILD" leader`s word. Whom will you trust, and who will you depict as a liar? All is in the eye of the beholder, Merry Xmas.

Remember, remember the 25th of November...

INTRO

Do you remember that date? I don`t, as I left the guild on the 21st of November, a few days before the birth of Ensidia. Why did I leave then? Well the story is quite complicated and long, but yet short and simple if you got a brain and are able to critically think and add two and two together. So here it goes.

First of all, let’s dig in into the "story" behind the merge. As you can see here: http://www.lrguild.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=4814, SK already tried to merge with other guilds, but sadly for them, they got rejected first by Last Resort, then (as far as I know at least) by Inner Sanctum and a few other top guilds out there. Unfortunately they got turned down by each and every one of them.

Eventually, they HAD to go to the ONE guild they did not want to go to - Nihilum and Kungen. You see, they knew for a fact that a merge would not be hard to set up. They knew Kungen would instantly sell out once he got to know the identity of their ”patron”, and the many benefefits the merge would result in.

Their benefactor and fan is noone else but the mysterious guy who kept buying pimped characters from all the top guilds. He is in possesion of Rulah (Nihilum druid), Zeuzonita(Method rogue) and a number of other characters that simply "vanished" from their guilds. This very same person has played in a number of well known high-end guilds and eventually ended up "playing" in SK Gaming.

This person also covered Mackzter`s rent of an apartment in Stockholm, Mackzter’s and Mek`s traveling expenses, among many other things. So how do I know who this person is, and why would you believe what I am about to tell you now?

Let`s leave that to your personal preference, but considering how hard it was to get some of this info, I won`t in my sane mind reveal who the sources are to try to backup my claims. All involved allready know, so no point in doing so, and I`d prefer to keep my word and not reveal any connection to them.

TWIST

The person behind Ensidia, Kungen, Mackzter and Meka is no less than the Crown Prince of Dubai, son of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. As I mentioned earlier, he’s been in the "scene" for years, he was a member of a number of top guilds with his brother and eventually ended up in SK-Gaming.

The saga continues. The story behind the merge started (at least for me), when I got approached by the warrior class leader in Nihilum and got informed that we were about to merge with SK. He also told me that I would be the 4th tank, so I would be benched if the other three tanks were attending the progress raids. Well, I agreed with that, thinking that there would be some actual chance to play where I would prove that I was worthy of a raid spot. That never happened though. All I got was a spot in the "B"-raids, and 10-man groups, without any rights on drops (as I was a member, not a raider). While everyone could use the guild vault repairs, I couldn’t, again due to member rank. So, working for nothing, not getting a chance to actually improve my gear besides heroic/badge gear and yet being expected to "boost" raiders by tanking in B raids, using full consumables like everyone else, but paying for my own repairs. I would have been fine with that if it actually would have given me a chance to prove myself worthy of becoming a raider, but ofcourse, things don`t work that way. They never did in Nihilum, they never will in Ensidia. It is not about how GOOD or BAD you perform, but rather who your buttbudies are, whom you are good with and who is your "patron".

Some of the people in Nihilum really were alright but some were maximum greedy and selfish, thinking about their own benefit only, and Kungen was, and is, the most selfish and self-centered of them all.

This is where the merge story starts. Mackzter and Mek went to Last Resort, - one of the unsponsored top guilds, or so to say: "no strings attached", no deals to be broken. As you can read in the blog I linked at the beginning of the post, they were declined.

So after SK`s attempts to merge with Last Resort and a few other guilds failed (as earlier mentioned, I have some info that Inner Sanctum was one of the guilds who got the same offer as LR, it is up to them to confirm or deny this), they had to go where they did not want to go in the first place, Kungen.

They knew he could be bought, but they just tried their best to avoid merging with Nihilum. So Nihilum was not even on top of their merge list, it was their last choice, and they choose to throw out the offer just because they had no other options.

The many internal issues in Ensidia are well known amongst the people that left, were left out after the merge, or that are still in there. In this blog, I`ll just reveal it all to the community, cause in order to really get some details about the conflicts and issues, you had to be inside of the nest, and not just an observer from the outside.

The first thing to be done in order to ensure that the merge succeeded was to "elliminate" all the players that were not wanted. A few players from SK were left out because Kungen, due to his ego, either ”never wanted to see them again”, and others because they "sucked". What really happened here was that people who had dedicated the past three to four years (less in some cases) were ditched like garbage, despite the fact that they had helped the "leaders" and guilds to get where are today. The biggest shame is that these players, who played to be the best, got screwed over without even knowing it themselves. Not a word. Nothing.

The current leadership of Ensidia does not play to be the best, they play to get their monthly bag of cash, and they are getting that on the expense of all those people who busted their asses, dedicated their lifes even, in order to get the World-firsts. I doubt that the raiders of Ensidia play so Kungen, Mackzter and Meka can get their monthly paycheck from the Sheikh. There was only ONE reason for the merge, - the greed of the leaders who were not satisfied with the amount of money they were getting. Screw the players, screw everything seems to be their motto - as long as they can profit from it. Spoiled brats that did not want to share anything with the people that actually enabled them to get somewhere in this game.

On all the events that the three above mentioned guild leaders attended, they grabbed as much of sponsored/free stuff they could, making them look like a retarded and greedy bunch of kids with lollipops in their hands. I am afraid some people have their noses so far up this corrupt leadership’s ass that they won’t care about all this, but that is not the point of this blog either. The point is to give you a real impressions what has been going on behind the curtains all this time.

WoW is a team game. WoW is a game that emphasizes on a social community in all it`s aspects, it`s always A a group of ppl doing something, may it be 5mans, 10mans or 25mans, so when a raiding achievement is made, it`s the group of players that have achieved it, not a sovereign person. Why aren`t the funds being EQUALLY distributed amongst these players when they all contribute as much? Leading has always taken more time and strenght out of a person, so a bigger reward is suffice to say, acceptable, but when it`s the only reward and the rest are being treated like shit, what kind of leader are you then really? Quite ironic how the 3rd Leader of SK left shortly before the merge, that does raise an eyebrow. You can not play the game alone, so you basically OWE whatever you accomplish to the people you raid with. That is at least my PoV. In a goodbye post from the first person who left Ensidia after me (he had a raider rank) you could read:

"Apparently without being a long term friend or a kissass (no i won`t go this low), you don`t even get a chance unless ~20 other ppl will fail to show up. I can play like this in any scrub guild, but i`ll at least feel that i`m a part of it".

Another person who left a few days later added:

"I feel very much the same way. The Raid setup (not classes but who) seem to be already set. And i`m not going to play in the guild just for the name. What i would like is honesty, if you think a player sucks kick him or tell him at least that he won`t get a spot unless he is the last option. And give a reason why."

After that you could see Mek/Mackzter replying (former Nihilum player in question and Kungen did not even have the balls to reply) that raiding is a social aspect of the game as well(they emphasized on a social aspect after backstabbing their core members), that they encourage everyone to be friendly to each other, and that you play 10 times better if you play with people you have faith in and consider your guildMATES. Ok, if you consider some people worthy and your MATES, why are they not being payed for the work they do? Why do people get backstabbed and exploited so that the three of you can milk more money from the sponsors? A question for the sponsors would be: Why are the sponsors interested in 3 people like this? Especially after having met them irl, what can they possibly have seen in them?

FINALE

Also another thing was the "welcoming" post on the forums explaining the "merge" and the rush it took to make it happen.

What I`m currently laughing at is:

"We will either be the AMAZING world first guild that everyone expects of us. Or we will be the laughing stock of World of Warcraft,

The guild that merged two best guilds in WoW and still failed to get all world firsts".

What you actually meant was: gogo guys! Bust your asses working to show you are the best, so we can cash in.

Sorry to dissapoint you guys, but you lost on the three HARDEST things to execute. Sartharion 10-man with 3 drakes, Immortal and 5 minute Malygos kill. You lost because you were so "dedicated" that your MT had megaultra important things to attend to and bailed.

*note: i did not quote full posts, i just took the most direct stuff from them.

So the bottom point is: Mackzter, Mek and Kungen screwed over all the people that had some "position" in their guilds. They screwed over loads of members, and they did not do it for the "GREATNESS". They did it out of one simple reason: GREED FOR MORE MONEY.

I just hope that people finally realize how much they are being exploited and leave the three ”great ones” to dig for cash somewhere else. This most likely won`t happen as too many of the players in Ensidia won`t wake up and will continue to blindly do what they’re being told to do in order to get a raid spot.

Also, as far as I know, all SK members who migrated should have gotten 250 euros each (cut down from 300 as originally promised), and Nihilum members who joined the merge should have gotten 100 euros each. Ok, that is not a lot of money, but if you take into consideration that only a few, SPECIFIC Nihilum members got the cash under the "excuse" from Kungen that only veterans would get compensated, while at the same time quite a number of REROLLERS who joined Nihilum during the last couple of months got the money as well. I doubt that the Sheikh would run low on money if he payed everyone 250/transfer (if not 300 and you took the difference?), so WHERE did the money from Nihilum members who got screwed go? If you calculate how many people got fucked over, the figure would reach at least a few a thousand euros. Straight down Kungen’s pocket?

As this is only a part of all i got, you will get to see the "sequel" to this blog when I compose the other information i got together in a blog entry. In the meantime have fun with the text and screenshots below.

Instead of actually going against the claims in this topic, all that could be heard from Ensidia and their leaders so far is how much i suck as a player. Nice try, keep bullshiting. Enjoy being arabic racing horses.

Pro players

Before i joined Nihilum, All this time I've heard about Kungen beeing this great leader, and even though hated, the people around him couldn’t refuse to admit the fact that he was a great leader. BULLSHIT.

He told everyone to level up on the Wotlk-beta as fast as possible, so we could try stuff out. Guess what, he did not even log in till premade characters were enabled, same as 80% of the people who got the key. Only 12-15 people actually bothered to level on beta, the rest had more important things to do, like gear up alts or whatever. So many things he said/posted as a "must" ended up as hypocritical and bullshit.

If you ever expect something from someone in the position as a leader. Do it yourself as well. Many hated people throughout the history were considered great leaders even though they were corrupt, but you are just a blunt kid with no idea about anything.

Consider this not a personal vendeta, but as a shoutout to all the ppl that left or were forced out. FREEDOM!

As for Mackzter and Meka I got one question: HOW is that possible that you expect people to PROVE THEMSELVES as players, and you keep taking Cleaves, Void Zones and Fire walls(?!) on Sartharion on 6/7 tries according to WWS I saw? CAN YOU PLEASE TEACH ME HOW TO PLAY THAT PRO, just tell me HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?!

P.S. My printscreen finger is itchy, MAKE MY DAY.

Separate Feelings

At this moment i`m drinking my coffee before actually going to bed (yeah i got home from work some 1h ago or so and not feeling that sleepy yet) and thinking about things that happened today.

I got reasons to be sad and to be happy, i got reasons to wonder why some things turn out as they do, and i got reasons to just embrace the things without questioning them.

First of all we decided to try Malygos last night with some freshly dinged 80s and without any "preparation" after a bit under of 2 weeks of reforming the guild. I think i`m the only one of the ppl in the guild that had some experience from beta, but since i had no mic , took ages to type out some specifics i wanted to make sure ppl get so we can do some smoother triest from the start.

To my actual suprise all the tries went really smooth, with some hillarious moments like half of raid mixing up the direction and going with me to take the breath, or the sound of ppl`s suprise of p3 :)

After about an hour and a half he went down really smooth (we had a 2% and 10% tries prior to killing) and WotLK was beaten. A big achievement? Not really, but when you raid with ppl you like, the ppl you got to know in all those months of raids together, you feel "warm" inside, knowing that what you did still made someone smile. I tend to think i`m a generous and polite person in 1st place, so when ppl arround me get happy, so do i. Hearing ppl on vent and their voice tone that gives out their mood is a reward enough for me at least.

So, finally back to my roots of being a casual raider, and do i turn arround and think i could have made different choices in past? I do, but hopefully i learned on my mistakes and will not repeat them.

The "sad" feeling came as i got informed by 2 ppl who i appreciate very much as players AND persons that they are leaving Magtheridon. Both of them mostly quiet during the time we spent near each other, mostly communicating by whispers (i do tend to talk a lot, kinda one of my "perks"), but still showing enough mutual respect and friendly attitude.

I`m kinda sad for them leaving, but still cheering for them, hoping that their "project" works and that they get back to doing what they love and enjoy. About whom the word is? I think they can recognize themselves pretty easy, and that`s all i`ll say. Hope you guys can use my "parting gift", and wishing you all the best, don`t be strangers, you know where to find me :)

New day starting, a rainy one sadly, and i`m going to bed, thinking what i gotta do today to fix everything to my needs and still get some online time to say hi to ppl. Ah well, enjoy!
